The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Factory Operations Coordinator to join our Factory Operations team in Perth. This role is responsible for coordinating factory operations reporting, supporting factory onboarding activities, and contributing to projects aligned with business objectives.

You will play a key role in analysing factory performance, maintaining operational documentation, supporting supplier coordination, and driving process improvements across the Factory Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on factory operations performance, including factory capacity, seasonal production tracking, and style allocation across factory locations.
• Support factory and production costing analysis, including cost variance investigation and resolution.
• Manage monthly credit claims, fabric transfers between factories, and aged fabric analysis and write-off assessments.
• Coordinate factory onboarding activities, including maintaining documentation, manuals, Wrike projects, and process flows.
• Maintain factory agreements and ensure departmental processes and procedures remain current and effective.
• Create and maintain reporting, including monthly department reports and BI dashboards to monitor factory performance.
• Coordinate sourcing and order placement for supplementary products across wholesale and retail operations, maintaining supplier relationships and preferred supplier lists.
• Manage and track operational projects using project management tools, including monitoring deliverables and facilitating stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and factory partners to ensure operational alignment and timely resolution of escalated issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in supply chain, commerce, business, fashion apparel, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sourcing, supply chain, or coordinator role within the garment industry or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel and BI reporting platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Qlik or similar BI platforms.
• Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience.
• Understanding of garment manufacturing and factory operations processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to occasionally assist outside of standard working hours when required.
