The Role

 

We are seeking an Administrator to work within our Product Operations team. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with the ability to take a proactive approach and effectively prioritise work to ensure that all activities are completed quickly and accurately. We are seeking someone with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership who strives to get the job done right the first time. They will relish the challenge of having multiple projects on the go, know how to manage priorities, shine under pressure and support others to do the same.

 

Our ideal candidate will be analytical, detail oriented and not easily overwhelmed by a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role will at times involve working with the physical products, and suit someone looking to contribute to the ongoing success of this dynamic team.

Responsibilities

What We Expect:

  • Provide comprehensive administration support to the Product Operations Department
  • Regular liaison with international factories 
  • Maintain updated records of materials and products
  • Monitor shipment ETA’s and actual departures & arrivals and preparing paperwork accordingly
  • Prepare, calculate, and provide data/ reports
  • Processing of factory credit approvals

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:  

  • One year or more administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills preferred
  • Knowledge of Qlik or similar data visualization software preferred
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and drive
  • Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Analytical, with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong procedure and process orientation
  • Pro-active in continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Experience or interest in the fashion industry would be favourable
